I want to shout out the U.S. Foreign Service Internship Program coordinating team - their guidance is invaluable, and I know I'm not the only intern inspired by their work! Marti Estell in particular is a superstar, providing incredible insight and constant support. Each and every staff member who contributes to that program deserves all the flowers they can carry.
This goes out to my mother Dr. Linda Clark who just recently retired after working 30 plus years for the DoD, thank you mom for supporting me my entire life not only when things were going good but also when things were not looking so good for me. Your service has inspired me and I am enterally grateful to you for never giving up on me and always being in my corner in this fight we call life. I appreciate the Fairfield County Auditor's website. As a real estate attorney who needs to access this website often, I greatly appreciate the thoughtful updates and the new technology. I also appreciate how Dr. Brown, County Auditor, helps those seeking grants.
It is not all that often that there is a public service team that embodies the spirit of the term, "public service". However, in King County, WA the Licensing team truly holds those words to heart. They are about the most caring group of individuals I have ever come across in any public service organization. They are dedicated to each customer they serve and take personal responsibility in ensuring that those customer's needs are met. They truly care about each individual as they serve them but also, they deeply care for the general public and the citizens of the county in which they serve. King County follows a set of values called, "True North" which encompasses the belief that the employees want to make King County a welcoming community where every person can thrive. Two of those values that the Licensing team holds close to their hearts are, "We focus on the customer" and "We respect all people". The Licensing team sets the bar for what outstanding public service should look like and should be applauded for their efforts! Great job King County Licensing, we all thank you for your dedication, kindness and service!
I am new to working in the public sector and working for the state of Indiana in general, but my experience has been absolutely wonderful because of the support, care, trust, and respect I have received from my supervisor. I have been working in the public sector for over 20 years. It is always very gratifying to see the smiles on the community face as I meet the public needs. From managing major construction projects, to explaining the process of a water main breaks or a replacement of sidewalks, it is an honor to to serve. As I begin my new journey with this outstanding community and all the amazing East Lansing staff, I look forward to the positive outlook as a public servant!

With over 35 years under her belt with the State of Virginia:DJJ, Ms.Hall has build programs, training new hires, ran mutliple Dining Halls' and been a source of Support for her entire team and departments. Without her the environment wouldn't be as functional, orderly, professionall, innovative and a joy to all she comes across with her uwnaivering care for all and passion for what she does everyday tireslessly. She is everything to everyone no matter Rank, Status, or Position,...a key employee.
