Our approach includes the administration of the Public Service Leadership 360 assessment, goal-setting, and a series of confidential, one-on-one sessions to identify actions the leader can test on the job to achieve set objectives. - Adaptive Leadership: Effectively Leading Through Change
- Audience: All levels
- Length: 2 days
- This 2-day intensive gives leaders practical tools to navigate change, support their teams and build a change-ready culture.
- Preparing to Lead Program
- Audience: Early career professionals, leaders of projects, Federal GS-7 to GS-11s
- Length: 1-hour orientation and seven 3.5-hour sessions over four months
- The program equips aspiring leaders with critical leadership skills they will be able to use throughout their careers.
Foundations in Public Service Leadership
- Audience: Leaders of teams, new supervisors, technical experts; Federal GS-12s and GS-13s
- Length: 1-hour orientation and nine half-day sessions and two coaching sessions over five months
- During the program participants will develop the skills to effectively influence others, lead teams and drive change.
Excellence in Government Fellows Program
- Audience: Leader of Leaders; GS-14s and GS-15s
- Length: 1-hour orientation, six 3-4-day sessions, three virtual check-ins and two coaching sessions over one year

Leadership Retreats
Customized workshops offer leadership teams an opportunity to focus, reset and collaborate, whether they have been intact for years or are new to working together. Assessment Workshops
Assessments are a great way to raise your self-awareness so you can work more effectively.
