Call to Serve: Colleges and Universities

Are you a career advisor or faculty member that supports students in their pursuit of public service careers? Join our Call to Serve Network, a national network of government agencies and colleges and universities working to promote government jobs and recruit the next generation of public servants.

Internship and Fellowship Programs

Our Future Leaders in Public Service Internship Program offers undergraduate and graduate students a paid summer internship at a government agency. Since 2022, our Future Leaders program has placed more than 600 students in public service.

Talent Acquisition Services

The Partnership works with agencies at all levels of government to develop custom programs, ranging from half-day workshops to months-long engagements that meet specific sourcing, recruiting and hiring needs.

We can customize sessions for HR leaders, hiring managers and agency recruiters, with topics including HR and hiring manager collaboration, strategic recruitment, the use of innovative hiring authorities and more.

Our approach draws on our experiences working with multiple agencies and hundreds of leaders across government.
