Our 2015 annual report, which highlights how we are working to help our government succeed. The last couple of years have been an exciting and challenging time as we have:

• Equipped more than 5,000 federal leaders from 50 agencies with the skills needed to tackle the nation’s most pressing issues.
• Developed and deployed efforts to vastly improve the quality of presidential transitions.
• Used thought leadership, research and our Samuel J. Heyman Service to America Medals program to highlight what is working in government and foster a culture of recognition and innovation.
