Our 2013–2014 annual report, which highlights how we are working to help our government succeed. The last couple of years have been an exciting and challenging time as we have:

• Ramped up our efforts to overhaul the antiquated personnel system that holds our government back;
• Helped thousands of federal leaders develop new problem-solving skills so they can better address our nation’s most pressing issues; and
• Highlighted not just government’s challenges, but also brought public attention to its many successes and the exceptional work of federal civil servants so that proven practices can be replicated by others and shared with the American people who don’t often get a complete picture of their government.
