A plan known as Project 2025 proposes a major overhaul of both the federal government and the federal workforce. The initiative was created by the conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation.

WAMU’s Natalie Yuravlivker sat down with Max Steir, founding president and CEO of the Partnership for Public Service to discuss how the plan could impact the D.C. region, which is home to hundreds of thousands of federal workers.
