AI & HR: Shaping the Future of Federal Human Capital

On behalf of the Partnership for Public Service and Deloitte Consulting, it is our pleasure to invite you to an invite-only roundtable for senior federal leaders on Monday, October 7, 2024, from 9am-12pm EDT.

For this roundtable, we’re convening leaders from a range of agencies to share best practices, identify common challenges and inspire problem-solving around what Federal HR leaders are facing in adopting AI responsibly, leveraging and delivering impact to agencies and organizations. 

Our objectives for this Roundtable are to:  

• Enable HR and agency leaders to share best practices, identify common challenges, and inspire innovative solutions for enhancing service delivery 
• Understand how HR and agency leaders are leveraging artificial intelligence tools and AI-driven strategies to fulfill their agency’s mission and objectives. 
• Gain insights into how HR and agency leaders are implementing safeguards to ensure the safe, secure, and accurate deployment of AI and AI-powered automation in service delivery. 
• Empower leaders to responsibly integrate AI and intelligent automation within their agencies, fostering a culture of ethical and effective AI utilization. 

We expect about 25 federal leaders and HR practitioners to participate in the Roundtable. This engagement will have no press and is free for attendees.
